Life is Strange: Episode 2 - Out of Time
It's only four days before the launch of Life is Strange's second episode. Today, a new trailer was revealed, giving us a glimpse into the uncertain, rewindable future of Max's magical world.
One of the first scenes in the trailer takes place in the diner where Chloe's mother works, with Max proving to her friend that these newly found time-control powers are real. While the first episode was more of an introduction to the characters and the unique time-rewinding mechanics, it looks like this new episode is inching closer to the crux of the story.
New locations will be available to explore, particularly outside of Blackwell Academy. You will be able to learn more about the town and its inhabitants in more detail, including the social issues they face.
As many of our choices remained ambiguous in the prior episode, it will be fascinating to see how action and consequence are intertwined in Out of Time. It looks like there will be more character development between Max and Chloe, as they continue to rekindle their childhood friendship.
Life is Strange: Episode 2 – Out of Time is coming for PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4 on March 24. Episodes 2-5 can be purchased separately, or through the season pass for $17.99. Alternatively, all episodes are available via the complete season bundle for $19.99.
