Spike Chunsoft Teases Fire Pro Wrestling Game With Strange Video
Spike Chunsoft is no stranger to weird games. They publish both the Danganronpa and Zero Escape series, two of the most intricate and bizarre series as of late. So it's no surprise they'd go about teasing a new game in a bizarre way.
The publisher has thrown up a Japanese website that shows only the short video below, titled "Fight!"
As if the wrestling theme didn't give it away enough, the motion the two wrestlers perform before grabbing each other is reminiscent of the Fire Pro Wrestling series, heavily hinting the game series is on its way back after 2012's terrible Xbox 360 game.
It doesn't seem like we'll have to wait long for the full reveal, however. The Twitter handle of the Spike Chunsoft Wrestling account is currently "3/2 in San Francisco," which points to this week's GDC conference. So it's likely we'll learn more about the game then.
