McFarlane Toys Announces Madden Ultimate Team Action Figure Line
EA Sports is teaming up with the leading toy company on the market to make Madden Ultimate Team collectibles.
Today the companies announced the partnership, which also help build your Ultimate Team in Madden NFL 17. Each figure comes with a code for an exclusive MUT pack containing 10 items – six players and four specialty items. The press release mentions these packs bring the "opportunity to unlock exclusive NFL stars."
The first series of players includes Patriots QB Tom Brady, Panthers QB and reigning MVP Cam Newton, Rams RB Todd Gurley (pictured above), Giants WR (and last year's Madden cover athlete) Odell Beckham Jr, Raiders WR Amari Cooper, Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins, and Madden NFL 17 cover star Rob Gronkowski. The Brady collectible will be sold exclusively at Target, and his favorite target Gronk is a GameStop exclusive.
The action figures cost $24.99 each and are slated to launch this August.
