Turok And Turok 2: Seeds Of Evil PC Re-Releases On The Way
Dinosaurs are in, and now dinosaur hunters will be making a comeback. Turok: Dinosaur Hunter and its immediate sequel are headed back to PC.
The re-releases are being handled by Night Dive Studio, which says it specializes in restoration of older PC titles. The developer’s website includes a host of classic games, including 7th Guest, System Shock 2, a number of older Sid Meier games, and later entries in the Wizardry series.
No release dates or windows have yet been announced. Way back in 2010, Turok was the star of an episode of Replay. You can relive the magic to see what’s in store when the restored PC edition is released.
Our Take
I missed both of these titles during their original release, but I’ve lately been going back to older titles to see if they hold up to first time play. I’m looking forward to doing just that with Turok.
