Apex Legends Is Coming To Switch And Steam, Getting Crossplay
At today's EA Play 2020 event (It's kind of like what they do at E3, but 100% digital!), EA announced that Apex Legends is coming to Steam and getting crossplay. The battle royale is also coming to Switch this fall. EA also gave a few details about a Lost Treasures event landing on June 23.
With it, there's a sniper and shotgun only mode with no standard respawn beacons, a mobile respawn beacon (that's like a free life!), and the ability to take over a mysterious maproom.
Challenges will unlock all new cosmetic items and other goodies which are, not surprisingly, associated with treasure! Check out the trailer below for a peek at what's coming next week.
