NECA's Upcoming Penguin Figure Is Terrifyingly Realistic
In the film Batman Returns, Tim Burton and Dany DeVito turned Penguin into a monster with inky lips, a scowl, and the appetite to devour raw fish in public. NECA is bringing this disgusting vision of the longtime Batman foe to toy stores this summer as a 15-inch action figure.
Penguin comes packaged with a removable monocle, cigarette, half-eaten fish, and top hat. You'll also find a mini-poster reading "Cobblepot for Mayor" in the box. No price has been given.
