What To Watch This Weekend: Counter-Strike, Overwatch, And Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice

by Suriel Vazquez on Apr 06, 2019 at 11:00 AM

This weekend, the Overwatch League is back! Now with fewer hand signs!

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive's big i-League major wraps up this weekend. There are only a handful of teams left, so hopefully these last few matches don't disappoint. (Stream / Schedule)

The Overwatch League is back in full swing, which is good news! Even better news: The Shanghai Dragons are playing today! (Stream / Schedule)

Meanwhile, the League of Legends North Americans LCS is coming down to the wire, with two big matches today deciding who the final two contestants will be. (Stream / Schedule)

The Brussels Challenge: Major Edition in Belgium is your fighting game major of the week, so get come get that hot tournament action for Street Fighter V, Guilty Gear Xrd, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and more. (Streams and Schedule)

You can also catch some Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice speedrunning races going on, though you should probably wait until you've beaten the game to watch them, unless you don't plan to play the game at all. If that's the case, knock yourself out! (Stream)

We also have the last few matches of the PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Europe League's first phase this weekend, the top four of which qualify for the FaceIt Global Summit. (Streams and Schedule)

That's it for this weekend! Let us know if we missed an event, or if there's a scene you'd like us to cover, in the comments.
