Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax
Sega announced today that Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax, the crossover fighting game featuring some of the most popular characters from ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Bunko imprint, will be coming to North America and Europe this Summer on both PS3 and Vita and as a digital download on the PlayStation Network. The game pulls its roster of playable characters and assist characters from series like Sword Art Online, Durarara, Oreimo, and more.
Some highlights from the roster include Kirito and Asuna from Sword Art Online, Shizuo Heiwajima from Durarara, Mikoto Misaka from A Certain Scientific Railgun, and Taiga Aisaka from Toradora. The game also features Akira Yuki from Virtua Fighter and Selvaria Bles from Valkyria Chronicles as guest characters.
The announcement trailer shows off small snippets of gameplay and teases a majority of the roster of playable characters and assist characters.
Ecole and French Bread (Developer of Melty Blood and Under Night In-Birth) developed the game and it released in Japan in November of 2014. You can check out some screens of the game in action below which includes Kirino Kousaka’s super attack.
