This Watch Dogs Mod Breathes Life Into Chicago
The first Watch Dogs often received criticism for its bland open world, but a modder who goes by the name The_Silver hopes to change that.
With the mod Living_City, you can experience additional custom missions, the ability to enter areas at will that were previously exclusive to story missions (including inside certain buildings), random events, and ambushes. This mod even restores some cut content that didn't make the final game.
