Dark Souls Remastered Getting An Amiibo Accompaniment

Dark Souls Remastered was one of the less expected third-party games announced for Nintendo Switch earlier this year. In an equally as unexpected announcement, Dark Souls is getting an Amiibo to go with its release.

The Amiibo is of Solaire of Astora, and it will allow you to "praise the sun with reckless abandon." If you want to try Dark Souls Remastered before you buy, the game is getting a network test where players can try the game before they buy. More details will be made available for that soon.
