Our Take
The Game Developers Choice Awards are always interesting as they are selected by people who actually make games. 2017 was a great year for gaming, so I'm curious what developers will pick as the best of the best. A lot of these games made Game Informer's Game of the Year Awards, and I always find it fascinating to see how developers and gamers align and differ in what is they consider the strongest offerings. This event is also cool because developers get a chance to get recognized by their peers, which I'm sure is really meaningful for them.
