Mei Hunts Winston In New Overwatch Comic

Overwatch comics tend to fill in gaps in the lore for players desperate to know more about their favorite characters. They also, sometimes, are about characters hunting each other.

The new comic, Yeti Hunt, has been released to celebrate the Winter Wonderland mode of the same name in which a team of five Mei's hunt down an increasingly stronger Winston who needs to power-up to take them down. In the comic, a tiny Mei sets traps for Winston and gets a little alarmed when the Gorilla-Yeti finds her setting them.

You can read the comic here on Blizzard's site. Winter Wonderland in Overwatch started on December 12 and, while no end date has been confirmed, events usually last three weeks. In this case, that would be January 2.

The event should have been called Mei-hem or Mei Day or Mei The Force or Cinco De Mei-o.
