Black Panther Battles For The Throne In A New International Trailer
A Japanese trailer for Black Panther, the next film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, sets up the fight between King T'Challa, the Black Panther himself, and Erik Killmonger.
Although it mirrors the last trailer in a lot of ways, there are a couple new moments that indicate the two Wakandans are fighting to defend their home in very different ways. While T'Challa strives for peace by using diplomacy and cooperation with other government agencies, Killmonger, a Wakandan exile, seeks to defend his city by eliminating his enemies first.

It seems like Marvel is setting up their conflict philosophically not just physically, which is a welcome change from many of the villains in previous MCU films. It will be interesting to see how their conflict plays out when Black Panther hits theaters on February 16.
