Nintendo 3DS System Update 9.3 Now Available
Screenshot capture has been expanded as well as options related to themes.
When you capture a screenshot to post on the Miiverse, you can now capture both screens as opposed to having to pick one. You can also set your 3DS so the recently added 3DS themes can shuffle when you turn off the system or when you put the system to sleep. Also, the ever ambiguous "improvements to overall system stability and other adjustments" is part of this update.

- A Shuffle Favorites feature has been added under Change Theme in HOME Menu Settings. Users can choose multiple themes and have their theme change when the system is left in Sleep Mode from the HOME Menu or turned on after being off
- Users can now capture screenshots with both the upper and lower screens included
- Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience

The ability to shuffle themes is a small but cool update. I sometimes set my desktop image to shuffle through backgrounds every few hours to keep things interesting.
