Brothers In Arms: Furious 4 "Evolving," Delayed

by Matthew Kato on Jul 09, 2012 at 04:26 AM

It wouldn't be a Gearbox game without a delay. Brothers in Arms: Furious 4 is changing, and one of the first things up is a new release timeframe.

Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford told CVG that the game won't be coming out in 2012, due to the fact that the developer is currently changing it.

Pitchford didn't mention anything in particular, but he said that Furious 4, "has evolved." "I think people are going to be surprised by what they'll see," he said, "and it's still evolving. One of the reasons why we're not talking about it now is that it's evolving and we need to make further changes before we can start talking about it."

Before E3 it was speculated that the game might be in trouble, but it looks like the game's new focus is behind the mystery.
