Back in December, I reported that video game streaming service OnLive was preparing to launch a Netflix Instant View-esque subscription programming, giving gamers access to a wide variety of games for a flat monthly fee. That program officially launched today with 38 games.

Known as the "PlayPack Plan," OnLive users can pay $9.99 a month for instant and full access to any of the 38 games available using either their PC or the new MicroConsole. A deeper library of new and older games is still be available for purchase, with titles being added to the PlayPack as they become older or as OnLive pens deals with new publishers.
