EA Announces Sims Medieval Limited Edition

by Meagan Marie on Dec 21, 2010 at 02:51 AM

EA announced today The Sims Medieval Limited Edition, which will grant those who preorder the title exclusive content.

“With the Limited Edition version of The Sims Medieval, we are giving players several great bonuses for being among the first to experience our new standalone franchise within the world of The Sims,” said Scott Evans, General Manager of The Sims Studio.

Your incentive to lock in a purchase now includes three new throne rooms – Barbarian, Dark Magic, and Princess themed. Additionally, two exclusive outfits are on the table. The Monarch ensemble will offer decadence fit for a king or queen, and The Executioner set is intended to intimidate with a leather apron and black hood.

While the content may not seem like much, Sims fans have proven that they thrive on tiny details, and the exclusivity of the items is likely merit enough. Both the regular and Limited Edition of The Sims Medieval will retail for $49.99.

You can go medieval on PC and Mac starting March 2011.
