According to an update given to GameIndustry.biz today, the leaker(s) responsible for the massive The Last of Us Part II leaks did not come from Sony or Naughty Dog.
This goes against many of the internet rumors, Reddit threads, and forum chatter swirling around the leaks.
Sony's statement to GameIndustry.biz confirms that they have identified the primary individuals responsible for the deluge of leaks, and that the information is currently subject to an ongoing investigation.
