Undertale Creator Releases Mysterious Title Deltarune

Undertale creator Toby Fox has released a free new title called Deltarune, an anagram of the 2015 title that features some of its characters and has a curious beginning.

Deltarune starts out with a survey program where you build an avatar, the process of which includes probing questions and an ominous feel.
