The Games I Completed In 2015
2015 will likely be the year I remember for falling in love with Star Wars again (The Force Awakens and the future of the franchise are my latest obsessions), but it was also a hell of a year for video games – a year filled with variety and a number of gargantuan hits. Despite December mostly being dedicated to Star Wars book reading and seeing the films again, I felt like I played most of the big hits this year, and found time to explore a number of games I normally wouldn't get to.
Since I started keeping track of the number of games I finish each year, I accumulated my second highest total in 2015, with 52 games under my belt (my highest being 70). This list includes a number of short games like Her Story and Beyond Eyes, but also time-consuming juggernauts like The Witcher III: Wild Hunt, Fallout 4, and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
In addition to games with defined endings or stopping points, I played the hell out of Super Mario Maker and Star Wars Battlefront. I also came close to finishing off Destiny: The Taken King's story and Call of Duty: Black Ops III's campaign. Both of these games will likely be finished in the weeks ahead.

You may find yourself playing shorter games or plowing through titles you normally would have dropped just to add them to your list. Keep this in mind while putting your list together. Play what you want and don't worry about the number!
