Did You Know Gaming: The Open-World Superman Game That Never Took Flight

by Elise Favis on Mar 20, 2016 at 10:10 AM

Did You Know Gaming's newest segment goes deep into Factor 5's attempt to bring an open-world Superman game to life in 2007.

The game went on to be cancelled, but Did You Know Gaming unearthed some footage of the title. Factor 5 wished to incorporate influences from Superman comics and movies into the game, including an appearance from Supergirl, but these ideas never came to fruition. The video encompasses the team's concepts and visions from early in development, such as creating a destructible cityscape environment for wrecking havoc while taking out foes.
