Dragon Age Keep Delayed Alongside Dragon Age: Inquisition

by Kyle Hilliard on Jul 29, 2014 at 03:00 PM

A few days ago, Dragon Age: Inquisition was pushed back a month. As a result of the game's delay, BioWare is also delaying Dragon Age Keep, which is what players will be using to bring their data and decisions from Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2 over to Dragon Age: Inquisition.

In a post on a blog announcing the delay, BioWare wrote, "To coincide with the November 18, 2014, launch of Inquisition, we will also be moving the Keep’s launch date. Accordingly, we’ll be extending our beta program, meaning there’s still plenty of time to get involved with the Keep."

If you're not already involved in Dragon Age Keep's beta, you can head here to sign up. For more on the sort of a game (it's actually more like an tool for setting up your narrative) you can head here and here.

Our Take
It's no surprise to hear of Dragon Age Keep's delay in order to coincide with the release of the main game. The former doesn't really provide a whole lot of use without the latter.
