EverQuest Thanks Community For 15 Year Anniversary

by Kyle Hilliard on Mar 15, 2014 at 08:16 AM

This year marks the 15 year anniversary for EverQuest, and a new video thanks the game's community for keeping it alive as long as it has.

The video showcases the game's many players and the memories, relationships, marriages, and even families that have resulted from the game.

Sony Online Entertainment has all kinds of plans for EverQuest this year including new content with updates for both EverQuest and its sequel, and the alpha launch of EverQuest Next Landmark, among other celebrations.

Our Take
I am absolutely amazed the original EverQuest still has such a large collection of players still committed to the game and its world. The game released in 1999, but its biggest fans continue to fully embrace its world. That's an impressive feat.
