If you're still playing Double Fine's recent solid but flawed downloadable title Trenched, prepare for a change. Beginning with the game's European release later this month, Double Fine will change its title to Iron Brigade via a small update.
XBLA Fans reports this news, which announced by Double Fine's Greg Rice and Brad Muir on the Whiskey Media Big Live Live Show Live. The name change was apparently necessary for the European release, and now it's necessary in the U.S. so that players of all regions can play online together.
In addition to the name change, the game will receive a new survival mode and a ton of new unlocks. Muir said that further DLC is coming in the future but didn't provide any details.
