Castlevania: LoS Resurrection DLC Arrives Next Week
You’ve already completed Gabriel’s main quest in Lords of Shadow and united with the vampire Laura to open a rift to another world. Now all that’s left is to plunge into the void and slay the evil Forgotten One in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow’s Resurrection DLC, which has now been dated for next week.
Assuming the service is available, PS3 owners can download the game on June 8 for $9.99. Xbox 360 users can snag it on June 7 for 800 MS Points. Let’s hope the DLC doesn’t suffer the same postponement issues plaguing the previous add-on.
The new episode leads up to Lords of Shadow’s thrilling post-credit twist, and promises to incorporate new gameplay mechanics. I can’t wait to see if my prediction of Gabriel’s fate in this DLC is accurate. Be sure to check out our Castlevania episode of Spoiled to get a better idea of what I’m hinting at.
We know for certain that you must complete Lords of Shadow before you can play Reverie, but it’s still unknown if Resurrection can be played out of sequence. We’ve asked Konami and will let you know if we learn more.
