Rumors of a new Syndicate game created by Chronicles of Riddick developer Starbreeze Studios have been floating around for some time now. The latest evidence comes via an alleged script leak that reveals a shady, cyberpunk future setting for the game, complete with mind-blowing new technology and corporate/political intrigue.

These tiny tidbits come via Silicon Era, which has not disclosed where it acquired the supposed script. It reads like something legitimate, though. In-game advertisements shill a "Dart 6 consumer chip" featuring "Re-Member software" that rewrites a user's memories. A news program reports on a terrorist hacker named Logos going up against the EuroCorp Security Agency. And in the real set-up for the game's story, the player character's father and mother go up against a shadowy government force that seems to want you for some reason.

You can read the full pieces of leaked script for yourself over on Silicon Era, but beware of early spoilers for the unannounced game. The website says it will share more tidbits from the script later today.
