Iron Man, Children Of Men Writing Team Working On New Tomb Raider Film

If you're concerned about the quality of the upcoming Tomb Raider movie reboot project, I've got good news. Studio GK Films has turned to a fairly well-respected writing duo to the pen the film's script.

The Hollywood Reporter brings the news that Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby have been hired to write the new Tomb Raider film. These two have previously teamed up on 2006's excellent Children of Men as well as Iron Man and this year's summer blockbuster, Cowboys & Aliens.

The new movie is being worked on with a 2013 release in mind, so it'll be a while until we know for sure how it's looking. This is a good first step, though.
