Three Yakuza Games Are Coming To Xbox Live Gold Free Play Days This Weekend
Xbox and Sega have partnered to bring Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami, and Yakuza Kiwami 2 to Xbox Live Gold Free Play Days. Starting today, and throughout the weekend, you get to live out your gangster fantasies for free.
The Yakuza series is known for its over-the-top combat, intense drama, and wacky minigames, so players who are new to or familiar with the series will have a lot of content to occupy themselves with over the course of three extensive games. You probably won't be able to beat all of them over the weekend, but I won't stop you from trying. Just make sure to eat and sleep, okay?
For clarity, all three Yakuza games will be available for free from October 1 through October 4. Moreover, the games are also available on the Xbox Game Pass. Yakuza: Like A Dragon, the upcoming next-gen entry in the series, launches for Xbox One X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 10. However, It'll be available for PlayStation 5 owners next year on March 2.
