The lights are on
A stage modeled after the original Game Boy is coming to Super Smash Bros. for 3DS.
The image, featuring discolored versions of King Dedede and Kirby, was posted on the Super Smash Bros. website as Friday's daily image. On the accompanying Miiverse post, director Masuhiro Sakurai wrote, "Pic of the day. "♪Ba-ding!♪"," and followed up saying, "If you turn on the 3D effect, it really looks like there's a Game Boy inside the screen."

After the Mr. Game and Watch stage from last game, something like this is to be expected.
Can't wait to okay this level. I love how different the console and handheld versions are ^^
Aaah probably the only version of Ninty games I experienced because Gameboy was about the only Ninty console I owned (I borrowed a few) till the PS2.
Loved beating the crap out of King Dee dee dee. I remember being so disappointing to find this buffoon in a ring after going through all of that. I would replay the final battle over and over having a black cloud form over my head... those were the days...
Still I had my fun with that noise. I am still busy with my PS3 and PC backlogs.
This is pretty cool. Reminds me of the Game and Watch stage from the last one.
Pretty cool that we'll get to see it with the 3d turned on. I can't wait to try this game out.
Not a SSB fan, but can appreciate why people love it. Anywho, this is awesome! Who besides me would have bought a GameBoy if Nintendo did a run for it's birthday? I would have been all over it, not going to lie (blush).
