For fans of the hack-and-slash Samurai Warriors series, Koei Tecmo is promising more than just sharper graphics on the PlayStation 4. The publisher announced today that Samurai Warriors 4 will receive a special edition with bonus content exclusively on PS4.
Dubbed the Special Anime Pack, the 10th anniversary collector's edition includes the Legend of the Sanada anime motion picture on Blu-ray, the official game soundtrack, and extra costumes for certain characters. The special costumes include classic outfits for characters like Ranmaru and Yukimara, as well as wild west-themed accessories like cowboy hats and scarves.
Samurai Warriors 4: Special Anime Pack will retail for $74.99 and launches October 21, along with standard editions coming to PS4, PS3, and Vita. For more, check out trailers for the game and anime film and view the image gallery below.
