The 80's: big hair, neon lights, cocaine - and an era of conspiracy. With Majestic Nights, developer Epiphany Games seeks to bring the tumultuous era into a new light by asking players to put aside previously accepted facts and explore an alternate reality where even the craziest conspiracy theories might just be true.

Majestic Nights is an episodic thriller, not unlike what we've seen from Telltale in the past few years. The first chapter (or 'Chapter Zero', rather) is free with the subsequent six chapters being paid. A season pass will be available.

In Majestic Nights, you serve to uncover the truth. As Cardholder, you are an intelligence agent who may have been present or responsible for some of history's biggest conspiracies. The teaser trailer below shows images of the moon landing, JFK, and more, which could imply story details.

With isometric top-down visuals, you will be solving puzzles, sneaking around, uncovering clues, and occasionally getting your hands dirty. Take a look at the image gallery below the story to see some screenshots from the game.

You will be able to uncover conspiracies to your hearts content this fall on PC, Mac, iOS, and Android. Can't get enough of the 80's? Read our preview for Hotline Miami 2
