A Boy and His Blob
Today, Majesco Entertainment announced that WayForward's colorful Wii-exclusive platformer A Boy and His Blob will be released on current-gen consoles and PC. It's taken a while since the game's 2009 release, but you'll be able to play it this month.
The port to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Vita, and PC will be rendered at 1080p and run at 60 frames per second. It will be available on January 19.
The clever gameplay requires players to feed the friendly Blob different flavored jelly beans to induce transformations into different objects. The Wii version, which was a reimagining of 1989's A Boy And His Blob: Trouble On Blobolonia, was well-received upon release and made our top 25 Wii games list.
