During this year's PSX keynote, CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment America Shawn Layden revealed that, hot on the heels of the success of the Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy remaster, next up on Sony's remaster list is MediEvil. MediEvil is a classic platforming, action series that combined fantasy with humor and, though the series' popularity has never risen to the levels of Crash, Mario, or Sonic, Sir Daniel Fortesque has had his fair share of fans over the years.
The brief trailer at the end of Layden's announcement didn't showcase much except that the game would be coming to PS4, be in 4K, and that more details would be available "soon." No details on whether or not this is just the first game or the whole series.
