Weekend Warrior – Think Of The Children
We don't even need to tell you what we're playing this weekend (but we will), as you'll be able to watch us play for 25 hours as we put on our annual Extra Life gaming marathon. You can donate to the cause and we'll be auctioning off some awesome prize packages, with all proceeds going to Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul, Minnesota. Imran Khan (@imranzomg) – This weekend, I plan to spend a lot more time with my good friend Mario. I’ve gotten Javy’s blessing for knocking down the difficulty in Wolfenstein II with him telling me it doesn’t compromise the experience, so I’ll put more (hopefully non-frustrating) time into that game. Oh, and my new iPhone comes today! That should be fun to set up. Probably. If iCloud doesn’t crash.
Ben Hanson (@yozetty) – This weekend we’re going to be playing so many games with the community for Extra Life! We have a mountain of game codes and amazing auctions to give away for generous donors to Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul, Minnesota. Joe Juba (@Joejuba) – Instead of reading about what I’m doing this weekend, you can see for yourself! I’ll be in the office for our 25-hour Extra Life stream, so tune in, donate, and be part of the fun.
Javy Gwaltney (@Hurdyiv) – I'm going to be chilling with the rest of the GI crew and getting involved with all sorts of goofy shenanigans on Saturday to raise money for charity! Hope you'll join us. I'll also be spending a fair amount of the weekend eating ice cream, watching Leon The Professional, playing Mario, and welcoming two new kittens into my life! BUSY STUFF Y'ALL.
Suriel Vazquez (@SurielVazquez) – Have any of you heard of this wonderful new video game, Dota 2? It’s a five-on-five action RTS (or MOBA, as some call it) in which two teams of five players go head-to-head on the battlefield by killing creeps, buying cool items, and destroying each other’s bases! I’ll be playing its new Turbo mode, which makes the game even wackier, this weekend! I would also recommend Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, which features a guy who needs to wear a suit to prop up his decaying body in order to face off against hordes Nazis! Aw heck, that’s also wacky! And That New Mario game! He’s a plumber on an adventure! That, again, is wacky!
Leo Vader (@leovader) – I’ll be on Extra Life for the duration! Then I assume sleeping most of Sunday and fitting in some Assassin’s Creed if I can. Tune into Extra Life, it’s gonna be amazing!
George Ash (@GeorgeEAsh) – This weekend I'll be helping out with the Extra Life stream, but also playing too much Overwatch. While I'm doing neither of those I'll be sleeping, watching the Wild destroy the Blackhawks, or trying to finish up The Fractured But Whole.
Kyle Hilliard (@KyleMhilliard) – It’s laundry weekend! It’s going to be great. The big thing, however, is Extra Life this weekend. It’s going to be long, but super fun. I also want to see Thor. We’ll see if I am able to squeeze that in there.
Keenan McCall (@KEeNanMcCall525) – I’ll be going to the Breaking Benjamin concert in Saint Paul Friday, and after that I’ll be resting up for the Extra Life stream. Come by and say high, or throw some money toward a good cause! (and prizes)
