Coming up on Saturday, November 4th at 8:00 a.m. central time, Game Informer is kicking off an absurd 25-hour gaming live stream to raise money for Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul, Minnesota. And we need your help.
Last year we raised over $52,000 for the children's hospital thanks to the incredibly generous support from the amazing Game Informer community and superhero Zachary Pligge. This year our team goal is to raise $60,000. You have a couple of options of how you can help. You can click here to join Team Game Informer and raise money by streaming games on your own, or you can tune in to our live stream to contribute to the fun by donating and helping to spread the word amongst your family and friends.
We're going to be playing a ton of fun games throughout the stream, like Pictionary, the Jackbox games, and much more. We're also going to be encouraging donations by letting you torture Game Informer editors by feeding us ghost peppers, throwing pies in our faces, or several new torturous challenges... We're also going to be holding a charity auction every 30 minutes, where we'll ship out to the winning bidder some amazing items from around the game industry. Honestly, we've never had a more amazing lineup of auction items.
