Where’s Our Destiny 2 Review?
Destiny 2 is rolling out to players as we speak, with some players already able to hop in and usher their Guardians through the fall of humanity’s last city. We’ve been following along with development for months now, and we’ve had several opportunities to play early versions, but we’re only now diving into the completed and balanced game, and it’s that version we’ll use to shape our final review. By our estimation, Destiny 2 is a very large game, so it may be several days until we’re ready to offer a score and evaluation.
Of course, you can expect plenty of coverage of the big game's release in the intervening days. We’ll have some impressions of a near-final version of the game that you can read through shortly, as well as videos and other articles exploring our time with the game as the Game Informer team explores the game alongside the rest of the Destiny community.
In the meantime, we’re eager to hear your impressions of Destiny 2. Feel free to offer comments below about your early impressions of Bungie’s big sequel. I’ll be back in several days to offer my own opinion.
