Reader Discussion: What’s The Best Video Game Based On A TV Show?

With the Sons of Anarchy video game on the way, it prompts us to think of video games based on TV shows. Not video games based on movies – that's a different category – we want to talk about games based specifically on TV shows.

There are lots to choose from. Just looking at our Replay history we have The Simpsons: Hit & Run and Virtual Bart, Darkwing Duck, The Smurfs, DuckTales (not the remake seen above), 24, and Home Improvement. Do any of those win the title of best video game based on a TV show? When pondering this Reader Discussion, the first one I thought of is the Super Nintendo game based on Batman: The Animated Series. It's probably a long shot from being the best, but it's one I played a lot growing up.
