Replay – Darkwing Duck (Guest: James Adomian)

This week we're taking a look at the classic Disney/Capcom collaboration, Darkwing Duck, and we invited comedian James Adomian to come join us.

We reached out to James because we're big fans of his appearances on podcasts like Comedy Bang Bang, but we were surprised to discover that who we really invited was a Darkwing Duck expert.

Unfortunately, James Adomian had to leave before we were able to jump into the Replay Roulette, but we were able to find a replacement guest at the last second. Hollywood star, former Minnesota governor, Navy Seal, and WWF superstar, Jesse "The Body" Ventura joined us to play some Nintendo games. He was definitely really here.

Wonderful episode of Replay! And thanks to Jame Adomian for guest starring this week! I enjoyed all his jokes, his DW knowledge, and his Jesse Ventura impression. I have played Darkwing Duck, but never actually beaten it. I should go back to it. Again, awesome episode.

The amount of Darkwing Duck knowledge that came out of James's brain was quite impressive and a little scary. Also, the second segment, that was a hoot :)

I used to LOVE Darkwing Duck. I had the gas gun toy (man, that thing smelled), made my own cape and everything.

That Jesse Ventura impression was spot on. Also, am I the only one who thought Arnold's sprite looked like Bret Hart?

James Adomian! I'm so glad you managed to get him on replay, his Darkwing Duck encyclopedic-level knowledge was impressive (and the roulette was hilarious) Hopefully he and his good friend Governor Ventura come back and do another episode.

I was so excited when I saw that the guest was James Adomian. He's a great comic and impressionist who has cracked me up on numerous podcasts. Check out some of the "Doug Loves Movies" episodes where he performs as various characters (like Ventura). He was also really good on "The Todd Glass Show" and "WTF".
