The PlayStation 4 Evolve Alpha Is Live, Extended Until Tuesday
After a disappointing delay, the PlayStation 4 Evolve alpha is online. And the alpha on all platforms has been extended to Tuesday.
In an e-mail sent to alpha participants, Turtle Rock detailed the the extension and its PlayStation 4 launch:
We're happy to announce that Evolve Big Alpha is now available to play on PlayStation 4. We appreciate your patience while we worked to overcome difficulties caused by the recent PS4 firmware upgrade. Now it's time to hunt!
As a Goliath-sized 'thank you' for being so patient, we're extending Evolve Big Alpha until Tuesday, November 4th at 12PM Pacific Time (That's 8PM UTC on Tuesday, November 4th).
If you already redeemed your code and pre-loaded your game, all you will need to do is download a patch to start playing. If you haven't downloaded the client yet, obviously it will have to be downloaded.

DID YOU PRE-LOAD?
If you already registered your product unlock code and pre-loaded the Evolve Big Alpha game client for PlayStation 4, a minor game patch is waiting for you. Login to PSN and update the game client to the latest version. After you've done that, play Evolve!
NEED TO INSTALL?
If you have previously registered a product unlock code, then you just need to download the game client for Evolve from the PlayStation Store. If you haven't registered your unlock code yet, we've included your product unlock code(s) below to redeem on the PlayStation Store. Full instructions on how to redeem product unlock codes are here on our Knowledge Base. Remember, if you already have the game client, you don't need to redeem a code.
