Olly Moss And Jay Shaw Create Beautiful Portrait Of The Last Of Us’ Apocalypse

by Mike Futter on Jul 26, 2014 at 04:40 AM

In celebration of San Diego Comic-con, artists Olly Moss and Jay Shaw have created a limited edition print for Naughty Dog. The poster, which is also timed nicely for The Last of Us Remastered Edition features a female clicker, who is both beautiful and terrifying.

Moss is also known for creating the minimialistic cover art for Resistance 3, ink drawings of some of Batman’s greatest foes, cover art for Batman Black and White’s third issue, licensed and original movie posters, and more.

My personal favorite is the American Revolution-era take on Voltron. If you’re a Star Wars fan, you’ll want to make sure to check out his licensed posters from the original trilogy.

Moss is currently working on Firewatch at Campo Santo with Sean Vanaman, Jake Rodkin, and Nels Anderson. You can read more about that title here

Shaw designs official movie posters and album art as well. Putting Moss and Shaw together is a powerhouse of contemporary design. You can check out Shaw’s work on his website, but chances are you’ve seen some of it before (but now you know who made that poster you love).
