Alongside the announcement of Blizzard's fake fighting game, comes the announcement of a new fake StarCraft II campaign.

According to a post on Battle.net, "Herald of the Stars will feature a revolutionary non-linear campaign. It can be played backwards, forwards, with any mission in any order, or not played at all, while still delivering the exact same life-affirming storyline."

Herald of the Stars focuses on the story of the Protoss and promises to answer every question you've ever had about them. Writers James Waugh and Justin Dye wrote on Blizzard's post about the campaign, "rest assured we will answer the important questions you’ve always wanted to know about the Protoss, and we plan to do so in excruciatingly specific detail. 'What do they eat?' 'How do they breathe?' 'Do they breathe?' Hold on – they surely breathe, or how do they oxygenate their blood? You know what, I’m sorry I asked about the whole breathing thing… this is going massively off-track."

In the post Blizzard fake promises new weapons, units, armors, hairstyles on the Stalkers, laser color customization, and a dance editor.

You can check out the full post here featuring fake quotes from Blizzard head of trend studies Jack Sterling, senior game designer David Kim, and senior game producer Hony Tsu, where they explain that basically the game is called Herald of the Stars because they wanted to have another game with the acronym subtitle HotS.
