Watch A Live Action Version Of The Iconic Dead Island Trailer

Deep Silver's Dead Island announcement trailer, which used reversed footage to show a tragic family vacation, is one of the most well-known video game trailers ever released. The video currently has more than 12 million views on YouTube.

Now, Machinima has released a fan-made live action retelling of that trailer. The shot-for-shot remake is still as chilling, frightening and emotional as ever.
