Total War: Rome II Update Coming To Address Hardware Problems

Creative Assembly has heard the cries of gamers experiencing hardware conflicts with Total War: Rome II. A patch is coming later this week.

The developer has promised fixes for hardware-related crashing and a number of performance upgrades. Full patch notes will be available on Friday.

The official support forums also include suggestions on optimizing settings, as well as other fixes.

It's unfortunate that many have encountered significant problems running Total War: Rome II as it was released. Thankfully, the turnaround time on the patch seems to be quick, and those unable to conquer the ancient world will be able to do so this weekend once the fix is live.
