Here Are August's Free PlayStation Plus Instant Collection Games
As summer winds down, PlayStation Plus is heating up with four new free titles for PlayStation 3 and two for Vita. Things kick off with Hitman: Absolution tomorrow.
The rest of August brings an assortment of titles in a variety of genres. In addition to IO Interactive's latest installment of Agent 47's story, the following titles will be available later in the month:
- Zen Pinball 2: Star Wars Pinball (PS3)
- Bit.Trip Presents Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien (PS3)
- Machinarium (Vita)
- Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower (PS3/Vita)
Additionally, there are some solid discounts for a number of Rayman titles.

Our Take
PlayStation Plus continues to be a fantastic value, and this month's Instant Collection offerings are fantastic. The Rayman discounts are equally impressive (though it's odd that the Vita version of Origins is still more expensive than the PS3 edition). All of that is to say that you should play Rayman Origins however you can manage it. It's that good.
