Black Nintendo 3DS XL Coming
Nintendo continues its support of the larger 3DS variant that is the Nintendo 3DS XL. A new color comes out with the release of Mario & Luigi: Dream Team.
The black 3DS XL comes out on August 11, and will join the previously released colors of blue, red, and pink.
The 3DS XL currently retails for $199.

Releasing new colors is standard practice for Nintendo, but this clearly points to growth for the offshoot 3DS line. According to Nintendo's figures, shipments of the 3DS XL have increased from late last year to this spring.
