Previously slated for a spring release, many had hoped Ubisoft's Splinter Cell Blacklist would be one of the early highlights of the year in gaming. Sadly, it looks like we'll have to wait a bit longer. Today, Ubisoft announced the game's official release date, and it's later than expected.
