A Realm Reborn, the Final Fantasy XIV re-branding initiative that will hopefully fix many of the game's issues, was outlined at a Square Enix event recently, and it was all captured on video with English subtitles.

The video is about an hour long and you can turn on the English subtitles by hitting the 'CC' button on the bottom right corner of the embedded YouTube video below. Without even watching the video, you can tell that a lot of changes are coming to Final Fantasy XIV based on the length of the video alone.

A Realm Reborn doesn't have an exact release date, but it shouldn't be out any later than early 2013. It will be coming to both the PC and PlayStation 3 versions of the game.
