More Borderlands 2 Content Coming By June 2013

by Jeff Cork on Aug 30, 2012 at 04:05 AM

Gearbox and 2K Games announced DLC plans for Borderlands 2, which includes a season pass. Players will be able to pick up the pass in a few weeks, saving about $10 on the four expansions due out by June 2013.

Each of the four expansions will be available individually by June for $9.99/800 Microsoft Points, but if you think you'll nab all of them you can buy a pass for $29.99/2,400 Microsoft Points.

Borderlands 2 is set for a September 18 release. Take a look at our recent preview for more information about the game's Mechromancer, who will be released when Gearbox is finished creating her. She's a preorder bonus, but the character will also be available for sale as additional DLC.

June 2013 seems so far away right now. It's enough time to conceive and carry a human baby to full term, in fact. It'll be interesting to see if anyone's still playing the game by then, or if those who are will be interested in picking up more missions.
