Fight Night Team Tackling UFC
EA Sports revealed the development team behind the Fight Night series at EA Canada is creating the new UFC title from the publisher.
At E3 last month, EA announced it acquired the rights to the UFC license from its previous holder THQ. “When we found out that EA and the UFC would be working together, the team was excited," said creative director Brian Hayes. "Most of the team didn’t even know about it until the announcement at E3.
"We were all watching it together and when (EA Sports president) Andrew Wilson and Dana White took the stage, everybody starting cheering. It was great.”
