Did you know that Cave Story+, an enhanced version of the Wii port of Cave Story, is headed to the Mac App Store? Me neither, but apparently it's already available now!
Tiny Cartridge reports that Cave Story+ popped up on the Mac App Store today, and a PC release on Steam is forthcoming. In addition to an improved soundtrack and graphics, Cave Story+ includes a brand new area known as the Wind Fortress.
If you haven't played it yet on Wii or in its original free PC version, Cave Story is a fantastic Metroid-style platformer that's well-worth the $9.99 asking price. Enjoy it, Mac-using friends.
